    This course is designed to enable participants to communicate clearly and with impact, by improving their verbal and nonverbal communication style, as well as enhancing interpersonal skills. Communicating effectively will soon seem effortless!

    By the end of this two-day training course, the participants will have identified different styles of communication and demonstrated ways to adapt their communication style to create understanding and rapport with others. They will select the best methods of communication for those with different styles of communication.

    The course also demonstrates open body language and positive voice tones congruent to verbal messages. It will also convey ways to communicate verbal messages in a clear and engaging way for recipients.
