ADGM Academy and Abu Dhabi Family Business Council Forge Strategic Partnership to Advance Family Business Excellence

Abu Dhabi, September 2025 – ADGM Academy (ADGMA), the knowledge arm of ADGM, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Abu Dhabi Family Business Council (ADFBC), an affiliate of the Abu Dhabi Chamber. This landmark partnership reflects a joint commitment to strengthening the family business ecosystem and ensuring long-term resilience, growth, and generational continuity.
Under this agreement, ADGMA and ADFBC will collaborate to design and deliver advanced training programmes, educational seminars, and capacity-building initiatives tailored to the unique needs of family businesses. Key areas of focus include:

The MoU signing ceremony took place at the ADGM Academy Innovation Hub in the presence of H.E. Shamis Ali Al Dhaheri, Second Vice Chairman and Managing Director of the Abu Dhabi Chamber, and H.E. Khaled Al Fahim, Chairman of ADFBC and Board Member of the Abu Dhabi Chamber. The agreement was formalised by Mansoor Jaffar, CEO of ADGM Academy & Research Centre, and H.E. Ali Mohamad Al Marzooqi, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Chamber.
