ADGM Academy and ADI Foundation Launch FutureTech 4.0 to Empower 10,000 Emirati Students for the Web 4.0 Era

ADGM Academy and ADI DLT Foundation have announced the launch of FutureTech 4.0, a landmark national initiative designed to empower 10,000 Emirati students over the next three years with the advanced skills, knowledge, and mindset required to lead in the era of Web 4.0.
Anchored within the ADGM Academy Tech Centre, the initiative will deliver world-class training, forward-looking research, intellectual property development, and community-driven innovation—reinforcing Abu Dhabi’s role as a trusted global leader in digital finance and frontier technologies.
Web 4.0 is widely recognised as the next major evolution of the global digital economy an intelligent and interconnected ecosystem where blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, and advanced digital platforms converge to enable secure, real-time, and transparent interactions across industries.
By integrating these concepts into education and workforce development at scale, FutureTech 4.0 positions Abu Dhabi as one of the world’s first hubs to not only adopt but actively shape this emerging technological frontier.
Participants graduating from the programme will be equipped with globally competitive skills, enabling them to drive innovation within the UAE and compete internationally, strengthening the national talent pipeline and advancing the country’s long-term digital transformation ambitions.
