ADGM Academy Hosts Groundbreaking Activities Under the Theme “Bridging Knowledge & Building the Nation” at ADFW 2025

ADGM Academy, the knowledge arm of ADGM, marked its 7th anniversary with a major presence at Abu Dhabi Finance Week (ADFW) 2025, hosting a flagship event themed “Bridging Knowledge & Building the Nation.” The programme highlighted the Academy’s pivotal role in empowering national human capital and showcased a diverse lineup of impactful activities, reflecting ADGMA’s commitment to developing the next generation of UAE talent.

As part of the celebrations, the Academy underscored its contribution to national workforce development. To date, over 9,500 individuals have been trained, supported by more than 6,000 job opportunities, and 3,000 graduates from soft skills programmes. Additionally, a growing number of Emirati entrepreneurs continue to benefit from ADGMA’s specialised initiatives and ecosystem support.
The event also featured participation from two globally renowned institutions, INSEAD and Columbia Business School, each announcing 10 dedicated scholarships for UAE nationals. These scholarships reflect the strong strategic partnerships the Academy has forged globally and reinforce its mission to advance leadership excellence among Emiratis.
During ADFW 2025, ADGMA formalised eight new strategic Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with leading national and international entities, including the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), the Executive Office for Control and Non-Proliferation (EOCN), Columbia Business School, 42 Abu Dhabi, EFQM, TDE Digital Limited, ADI DLT Foundation, and Capital.com.
These new collaborations expand the Academy’s influence across key national priority sectors. The agreements pave the way for advanced training pathways, enhanced digital and compliance capabilities, expanded research cooperation, and the development of specialised educational programmes in wealth management, technology, excellence frameworks, and emerging innovations. The partnerships also support ADGMA’s efforts in hosting future-focused hubs and initiatives, including those related to AI, Quantum Computing, and digital readiness.
