ADGM Academy Concludes 4th Annual Summer Internship Programme, Celebrating Community, Collaboration, and Youth Empowerment

ADGM Academy, the knowledge arm of ADGM, proudly concluded the fourth edition of its Summer Internship Programme, held from 21 to 31 July 2025. In alignment with the UAE’s “Year of Community” initiative, this year’s programme championed collaboration, mentorship, and youth engagement, welcoming over 80 students aged 12 to 19.
Designed to provide immersive, real-world experiences, the 2025 programme featured workshops on AI fundamentals, personal productivity through AI, and the application of AI in investing and finance. Students also took part in sessions on design thinking, future foresight, and entrepreneurship, including a workshop on the Future Entrepreneur Permit in collaboration with ADRA.
Inspiring the Next Generation Through Experiential Learning
Participants benefited from a series of site visits, including to Ma’an (Authority of Social Contribution), Apple and Hub71, where they gained first-hand exposure to social innovation and Abu Dhabi’s vibrant startup ecosystem. These visits encouraged students to reflect on their own contributions to community building and future career paths.
In line with ADGM’s broader vision for sustainable human capital development, the programme also provided students with opportunities to interact with ADGM’s leadership and leading figures from across its ecosystem—fostering meaningful conversations and real-world connections.

The programme culminated in a graduation ceremony, celebrating the students' achievements and reaffirming ADGM Academy’s commitment to cultivating talent and equipping future leaders with the tools and mindset needed to thrive in a fast-evolving world.
