Unlocking Capital: Laying the Groundwork for Investable Climate Deals
Presented by ADGM Academy in partnership with the Global Centre for Climate Finance (GCFC)

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new three-part webinar series, “The Climate Investment Lifecycle: From Capital to Impact,” in partnership with GCFC. This series explores how to mobilise, deploy, and measure the impact of capital in climate finance — with a special emphasis on water as a key enabler of climate resilience in emerging markets.

The first webinar Unlocking Capital: Laying the Groundwork for Investable Climate Deals in the series will explore financing solutions for early-stage and market-entry climate and water infrastructure projects in emerging markets.

Participants will gain insights into:

•    De-risking First-of-a-Kind (FOAK) projects
•    Catalytic and blended finance models
•    Use of guarantees and local currency structures
•    The role of taxonomies and transition definitions, including water-sector classifications

This interactive session offers a unique opportunity to hear directly from global climate finance experts and engage in live discussion on strategies to overcome investment barriers and unlock scalable solutions.
