ADGM Academy along with Department of Government Enablement are committed to developing Nationals in the Digital field, through a nine-month programme that offers dynamic learning experiences to unlock essential digital tools and work skills. This National Development Programme aims to help young graduates navigate the digital landscape with confidence and adapt to the ever-evolving demands of the industry.

Our requirement is that the employer nominates a candidate who is a new joiner or has not completed six months in their current position to be eligible to join our program.
