Design Thinking Programme
The Design Thinking Programme is a hands-on, two-day course that introduces participants to the fundamentals of design thinking—a creative, human-centred problem-solving approach. This non-linear, iterative process encourages innovation by helping participants deeply understand user needs, challenge assumptions, redefine problems, and develop and test practical solutions.
Through interactive exercises and real-world examples, participants will explore each stage of the design thinking cycle and learn how to apply it in their roles, teams, or organisations.
PROGRAMME BENEFITS
Learn the five key phases—Empathise, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test—and how they apply to solving complex challenges.
Develop innovative thinking by exploring new perspectives and user-driven solutions.
Apply design thinking through practical group activities, simulations, and guided workshops.
Strengthen team communication and cooperation through a structured, user-focused approach.
