The Ruwad Al Ain Bootcamp is an intensive, government-backed initiative led by Khalifa Fund and powered by ADGM Academy. Hosted at MZN Hub (Khalifa Fund MZN HUB) – Al Ain’s dedicated business accelerator – the 5-day bootcamp equips UAE Nationals with the entrepreneurial mindset, practical skills, and strategic networks to transform ideas into impactful ventures and thrive in the nation’s priority industries. 

 
Through immersive learning, mentorship, and sector-driven challenges, participants will gain practical exposure to the UAE’s priority industries while accessing pathways to funding, incubation, and commercialization via MZN Hub and key partners.

The Bootcamp includes four strategic sectors addressing national priorities in Al Ain:

The bootcamp is designed for UAE Nationals in Al Ain who are eager to launch, grow, or apply entrepreneurial thinking to their careers, including:

  • Aspiring founders and innovators looking for sector-specific insights and mentorship

This is not a generic training programme—it is a launchpad for entrepreneurial talent in Al Ain, designed in collaboration with leading public and private sector partners to ensure ideas are not only developed but also given a path to market impact. 

WHY JOIN?

Pre-Seed Capital Funding: Monetary prizes totaling AED 50,000 will be disbursed on a milestone basis, contingent on the winning startups being incubated within MZN Hub. 

In-Kind Support: Winners will also benefit from mentorship, industry linkages, and access to sector-specific resources to accelerate their growth. 

Priority Incubation Consideration: All participants will be given priority consideration for admission into MZN Hub’s incubation programme. 

Community Access: Each participant will gain full access to the MZN Hub community. 

Certificate of Participation: A formal certificate will be issued to all participants in recognition of their contribution and engagement in the programme.
