The Ghaya Financial Literacy Programme is an 8-week programme designed to equip beneficiaries with the essential skills and knowledge to manage their personal finances confidently and effectively. Delivered by ADGM Academy, the programme combines expert-led sessions with real-life scenarios to build lasting financial habits. 

Participants will engage with trained volunteer mentors through interactive learning sessions that promote financial responsibility, long-term planning, and personal empowerment. Originally launched in partnership with the Authority of Social Contribution – Ma’an, Ghaya is now in its 10th cohort, driving meaningful change across Abu Dhabi communities.
