This optional four day programme covers two additional Diploma units beyond those required for the Certificate in HR Practice Level 3 and cover delivering learning and development activities and supporting change within organisations.
After attending this unit, participants will:
Be able to prepare for delivery of a learning and development activity.
Be able to create a positive learning environment.
Be able to use a range of training techniques, methods and resources to deliver an inclusive learning and development activity, for a group of learners, which meets identified objectives.
Understand why organisations need to change and how change affects organisations.
Understand the key factors involved in the change process and different approaches to managing change.Understand the impact of change on employees and the role of HR.
The Certificate in HR Practice (CHRP); is an internationally recognised qualification, certified by the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and has been designed as a first level qualification in the field of HR. It is suitable for people who are either new to the role of HR or who have worked in HR for a number of years but who do not hold any formal HR qualifications.
- PRIOR KNOWLEDGE:
You don’t need any formal qualifications. Ideally you should be working in an HR or L & D capacity but this is not essential.
