This three day programme is the second module working towards the Foundation Diploma in Learning & Development Level 3 and covers identifying learning and development needs and designing learning and development activities.
After attending this unit, participants will:
Understand how learning and development needs arise and why it is important to be aware of them.
Be able to identify, prioritise and specify learning and development needs.Understand factors which inform the design of learning and development activities.
Know how to devise clear objectives for a learning and development activity.
Be able to design an inclusive learning and development activity which addresses identified learning and development objectives.Be able to specify the learning and development activity in a recognised and usable format.
The Certificate in HR Practice (CHRP); is an internationally recognised qualification, certified by the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and has been designed as a first level qualification in the field of HR. It is suitable for people who are either new to the role of HR or who have worked in HR for a number of years but who do not hold any formal HR qualifications.
- PRIOR KNOWLEDGE:
You don’t need any formal qualifications, ideally you should be working in an HR or L&D capacity but this is not essential.
